Job summary

Next Level Talent in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Field Installation Manager to lead commercial door and gate service operations across the Greater Sacramento area. This hands-on leadership role manages field crews, coordinates service jobs, troubleshoots issues, and ensures high-quality project completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial door and gate service/installation.
• Experience with automatic doors, storefront doors, hollow metal doors, wood/solid core doors, overhead doors, dock equipment, gates and gate operators.
• Strong troubleshooting and field diagnostics skills.
• Experience running estimates and coordinating service work.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 10-20 active field service jobs daily.
• Support and troubleshoot field technicians (onsite and remote).
• Prepare and run service estimates and job scopes.
• Schedule and coordinate 1-2 person installation/service crews.
• Source materials, parts, and equipment for jobs.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain compliance with safety and building standards (ADA, fire code, etc.).
• Work closely with leadership during a 6-month training period.
