Job summary

Great Windows Services is seeking Field Installation Technicians to install and service premium blinds, shades, and shutters in homes across the Baltimore‑Washington area. You will handle technical measurements and full installations, becoming the face of the brand and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential services, preferably window coverings.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and service premium window treatments with care and precision.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support and Production to improve client experience and support product launches.
• Ensure projects are completed correctly the first time and ownership of results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Field Managers to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and make real-time decisions to keep projects moving.
• Participate in paid ongoing training and adapt to new product rollouts.
