Budget Blinds of Mid Coast is seeking a skilled window treatment installer to perform installation at residential and commercial sites. You will coordinate with the office and sales team, measure spaces, and ensure products are installed correctly, including motorized options when applicable.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and comfort using basic hand and power tools. Prior in-home installation experience is a plus, with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Self-directed and able to work independently or in a team.
• Friendly, courteous, and pleasant with all types of people.
• Ability to learn and install new window treatment technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.

• Prior carpentry or in-home installer experience (nice to have).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install window treatments at residential and commercial sites.
• Coordinate with office, sales team, and vendors to resolve installs.
• Repair broken products and work with manufacturers.
• Canvass and participate in lead generation programs.
• Measure homes and businesses for window treatments.
• Check in freight, label, and organize warehouse.
