Budget Blinds in the Brunswick area is seeking a professional window treatment installer to install blinds, shutters, shades, draperies, window film, and motorized systems at residential and commercial sites. You will measure spaces, coordinate with the office and vendors, and ensure quality workmanship.

This role emphasizes independence, teamwork, troubleshooting, and customer-focused service. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to learn new tools and products

Qualifications

• Self-directed with ability to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Current and valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent completed education level.

Responsibilities

• Install window coverings at residential and commercial job sites.
• Coordinate with the office, sales team, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Repair broken or damaged products and work with manufacturers to resolve issues.
• Canvass and participate in other lead generating programs.
• Measure homes and businesses for window treatments.
• Check in freight, label, and organize warehouse.
