Job summary

Antler is seeking an Installation Specialist to ensure successful deployment of hardware and technology for customers. Your role includes managing partnerships, providing onsite oversight during installations, and addressing any project complexities to guarantee that every installation meets high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant experience in project management and technology installation, with strengths in communication and stakeholder engagement. A flexible remote model is supported where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing vehicle and/or hardware technology.
• Prior vehicle installation or up-fitter experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer installation milestone progress and resolve issues.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalations during install phases.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure work is completed on time and budget.
• Provide onsite oversight for complex deployments.
