Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a Field Installation Technician to install and service hardware and software products at customer sites. This role includes troubleshooting product issues, collaborating with engineers, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role within an A/V company is preferred.
• Must have basic electronics knowledge and be comfortable with hand tools.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install and service displays and A/V equipment at customer sites.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation on completed projects.
• Provide training to integrators when necessary.
