Qualifications
- 3+ years in hardware field service, technical implementation, broadcast technology, sports tech, or a similar environment.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities across camera systems, servers, compute hardware, networking equipment, power systems, and cabling.
- Demonstrated ability to lead onsite technical work with limited supervision.
- Experience using remote diagnostics, logs, and monitoring tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex hardware installations, maintenance visits, and repairs.
- Act as a technical mentor to our Engineers.
- Take ownership of hardware health checks across cameras and networking equipment.
- Lead complex onsite troubleshooting and manage incidents.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to hit installation timelines.
