Job summary

Unlimited Technology, Inc. is seeking a Field Installation Supervisor to lead install teams for access control and video systems. You will guide technicians, review work, and coordinate with Project and Program managers to ensure timely, safe, and quality installations.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on mentoring, and the ability to travel as needed. You will report to the Project Manager and work with cross-functional teams across UT's security and managed services domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field installation experience in the security environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience reading engineered drawings and redlining post-install.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the US and supervise teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage field technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and maintain site standards.
• Coordinate with sales and operations and review work performed.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Review timesheets, expenses, and PTO requests with Project/Program managers.
• Maintain inventory and protect materials onsite or in storage.
