Job summary

Unlimited Technology, Inc. is seeking a Field Installation Supervisor to lead a team and subcontractors installing access control and video systems.

You will guide technicians, review work, and coordinate with sales and operations while serving customers directly. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in security field installation, certifications in major access control platforms, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of field installation experience in the security environment.
• Certifications in Software House, AMAG, Genetec, and Lenel are high priority.
• Certifications in IP cameras and systems (Axis, Sony, Hanwha, Avigilon, Verkada, America Dynamics, Milestone, Exacq) are high priority.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineered drawings.
• Experience in marking up drawings post install (redlining).
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Project, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all UT and site safety programs are followed.
• Supervise and manage direct reports and subcontractors.
• Communicate activity to Project Manager or Program Manager in a timely manner.
• Travel up to 50% within the US as required.
• Assist install team and attend product or safety training.
• Complete performance reviews and support supervisory duties.
