Job summary

Unlimited Technology, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Field Installation Supervisor to manage a team and subcontractors installing access control and video systems. You will guide technicians, review work, and collaborate with Sales and Operations, reporting to the Project Manager.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving, with travel up to 50% within the US. A background in security installations and relevant certifications is preferred, along with

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of field installation experience in the security environment.
• Certifications in Software House, AMAG, Genetec, and Lenel are high priority.
• Certifications in IP cameras and systems (Axis, Sony, Hanwha, Avigilon, Verkada, America Dynamics, Milestone and Exacq) are high priority.
• Cisco networking training and MS Server deployment are a plus.
• Experienced in reading engineered drawings and markup of drawings post install.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel; BlueBeam is a high priority.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety programs are followed.
• Supervise and manage direct reports.
• Travel as needed, sometimes on short notice.
• Review work and mentor technicians.
• Communicate activity to Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Maintain inventory and protect materials on-site.
• Attend product or safety training as required.
• Complete performance reviews of team members.
• Assist Program and Project Managers with weekly and monthly supervisory duties.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of the team.
• Be the eyes and ears for management.
