Job summary

Premise One LLC is seeking a Lead Security Technician to oversee installation projects for access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems. You will lead on-site teams, ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications, and maintain strong client communications.

The role requires traveling up to 60% within the regional territory, working off shift when required, and maintaining safety and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AV, Security, Access Control, or Infrastructure Cabling.
• Experience leading project teams and reporting to Foreman/Project Manager.
• Must possess basic hand tools necessary for project completion.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Lenel, Software House, Axis, or Avigilon systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute project installations as directed by the Project Manager.
• Follow project drawings and manufacturer specifications for all installations.
• Communicate professionally with field staff and customers.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Field Technicians, and other team members.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines and requirements consistently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, representing Premise One.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs provided by Premise One.
