Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Installation Engineer to install and commission linear accelerators and imaging systems in the Western Region, with travel and on-site support for customers.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment, train customers on operation and maintenance, and ensure safety compliance while managing parts and documentation. This role requires U.S. work authorization and a willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years related experience or Associates/bachelor’s degree in related program preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic and electro-mechanical engineering.
• Proficient in the use of test equipment used for verification and calibration of electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation and commissioning of linear accelerators and imaging systems.
• Check operational quality of system equipment and verify performance.
• Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system.
• Serve as liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
• Perform field support including hardware/software, PCs and networking upgrades.
• Document installation and upgrade work in company information systems and ensure accurate records.
