Qualifications

• Must have strong training and onboarding skills for subcontractors.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop installation subcontractors in office and field.
• Improve subcontractor retention through training and engagement.
• Ensure daily installation proficiency and location attainment.
• Drive efficiency and proficiency of installation teams.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for LeafFilter installation processes.
