Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Floating Installation Manager to assist in day-to-day operations of the region's Installation department. You will schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors, train crews, and drive efficiency across field teams.

The role requires travel 2–4 weeks per month, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver7s license and a hands-on, fast-paced work style are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Track record of recruiting, training, coaching subcontractors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel 2–4 weeks per month to regional offices.
• Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure daily installations to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Train, coach and develop installation subcontractors in-office and in the field.
• Improve subcontractor retention through training and engagement.
• Drive proficiency and efficiency among installation subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Field Trainer on performance and capacity.
