Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Construction/Operations/Maintenance Inspector to monitor construction activities at MSFC-related projects in Huntsville, AL.

The role ensures conformance with contract drawings, specs, and NASA standards, including daily reporting and document control. Responsibilities include reviewing submittals in Procore, monitoring progress payments, and supporting final inspections and punch lists.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Experience inspecting construction projects preferred (3+ years).
• HVAC/Electrician master/journeyman experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction, operations, maintenance, and repair activities for conformance with contract drawings and NASA MSFC standards.
• Review submittals and monitor them via Procore.
• Prepare daily site inspection reports and ensure schedules are up to date.
• Maintain orderly project files and manage RFIs and contract documents.
• Assist in final inspections and punch list development.
• Review as-built drawings and O&M manuals for accuracy.
