Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of construction inspection or materials testing experience.
• Current certifications: ICC Special Inspection, ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I, AWS CWI (preferred NICET).
• Knowledge of IBC, ASTM, ACI, AWS codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and/or laboratory inspections of construction materials and activities.
• Prepare detailed inspection records, test results, and observations.
• Interpret plans, specs, and codes to verify compliance.
• Communicate findings with project managers, contractors, and engineers.
• Maintain active certifications and ongoing education.
