Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and laboratory inspections of construction materials and activities (e.g., reinforced concrete, structural masonry, welding, soils, fireproofing, structural steel).
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and observations.
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and codes to ensure compliance.
• Communicate findings to project managers, contractors, and engineers and report issues.
• Maintain relevant certifications and continuing education as required.
