Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associates degree preferred in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in construction inspection or materials testing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current certifications: ICC Special Inspection, ACI Field Testing, AWS CWI or NICET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and laboratory inspections of materials and activities (reinforced concrete, masonry, welding, soils, fireproofing, structural steel).
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection records and test results.
• Interpret plans, specs, and codes to ensure compliance.
• Communicate findings to project managers, contractors, and engineers; resolve issues.
