Job summary

Seek Now is seeking capable 1099 independent field inspectors to perform accurate, impartial property inspections across residential and commercial properties. You will document findings using our smartphone app and report results to clients in the insurance, facility management, and real estate sectors.

Inspectors must be comfortable traveling to various markets, including CAT events, with lodging provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document inspections using proprietary software on a smartphone
• Conduct thorough, impartial inspections of home and commercial properties
• Coordinate with clients in Property Insurance, Facility Management, and Real Estate sectors
• Travel to assigned locations, including CAT events, with lodging provided on longer engagements
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety standards
