Job summary

Seek Now is seeking 1099 independent field inspectors to provide accurate home and commercial property inspections across insurance, facilities and real estate sectors.

As a frontline data collector you will inspect roofs, sketch and measure components, and document findings using our smartphone app. Lodging is provided on travel CAT assignments; willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius. Strong attention to detail, reliability and professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean, reliable vehicle and ladder capable of transporting a 32' ladder.
• HAAG Certification within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license.
• State Issued Workers' Compensation
• Certificate of General Liability Insurance
• LLC Articles or Certificate of Organization
• 1099 independent contractor

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs and other inspection areas with care.
• Sketch and measure roof and room components.
• Document inspections using our proprietary smartphone app.
• Travel to inspect areas hit by weather catastrophes; lodging provided on CAT jobs.
• Maintain accurate, impartial, and complete reports on time.
