Job summary

Seek Now is seeking capable 1099 independent field inspectors to perform home and commercial property inspections across the insurance, facility management, and real estate sectors.

Inspectors must be able to access steep roofs, operate a laptop and smartphone, and document reports using our proprietary mobile app. Lodging is provided on CAT jobs, with assignments often spanning multiple weeks.

Qualifications

• Ability to inspect steep roofs and access high roofs.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
• Willingness to travel for CAT inspections and perform on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, impartial inspections and document results with our mobile app.
• Travel to inspection sites, often under CAT conditions; lodging may be provided.
• Coordinate with clients and Seek Now team to ensure timely reporting.
• Represent Seek Now values in all assignments.
