Job summary

Seek Now is seeking capable 1099 Field Inspectors to provide accurate, impartial inspections for home and commercial properties. You will be the frontline data collector for clients in insurance, facility management, and real estate sectors, traveling to assigned areas.

Inspectors may access steep roofs, carry ladders, document findings with our mobile app, and work flexibly across a 100-mile radius. Lodging can be provided on CAT jobs; great earning potential guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a reliable vehicle, laptop and smartphone.
• Willingness to travel, including during disasters and CAT events.
• Ability to earn HAAG Certification within 90 days.
• Submit complete, timely reports with professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs and interior areas, sketch and measure components.
• Document inspections using a mobile app and proprietary software.
• Travel to varying markets and provide impartial, thorough reports.
