Job summary

Seek Now is seeking capable 1099 independent sub-contractors to perform accurate and impartial home and commercial property inspections. Field Inspectors act as frontline data collectors for clients in insurance, facility management, and real estate sectors.

Ideal candidates can access challenging roofs, operate ladders up to 32 feet, and sketch areas precisely. Domestic travel within a 100-mile radius is common, with lodging provided on CAT jobs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to access steep/high roofs.
• Ability to travel to disaster-hit areas on short notice.
• Must be able to carry equipment up to 100 pounds and lift a 32-foot ladder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate, impartial home and commercial property inspections.
• Sketch and measure roof and room components.
• Document inspections using the company software on a smartphone.
• Travel within a 100-mile radius of home market and stay 2–6 weeks at a time when needed.
