Job summary

Seek Now is seeking capable 1099 independent field inspectors to perform accurate, impartial property inspections for our insurance, facility management, and real estate clients. Inspectors will access roofs and other inspection areas, measure and sketch components, and document findings using our proprietary mobile app.

Lodging may be provided on CAT assignments; strong attention to detail and timely reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential inspections require access to roofs and ability to carry equipment.
• Ability to travel to disaster-affected areas for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, impartial home and commercial property inspections.
• Use proprietary mobile app to document inspection findings.
• Coordinate lodging on CAT assignments when provided by Seek Now.
