Job summary

Meriton is seeking an Infrastructure Deployment Technician to install the physical components of our IT environment across offices and sites. This role emphasizes low voltage cabling, server rack builds, network hardware installation, and AV deployments, with travel up to 75%.

You will partner with IT Infrastructure Engineering and project teams to follow build guides, wiring diagrams, and implementations, ensuring standards-based deployments and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience in roles such as low voltage, cabling, AV installation, or data-center/rack-and-stack.
• Experience pulling, terminating, and testing low voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6a; fiber a plus).
• Experience building/dressing racks and installing network hardware (switches, firewalls, patch panels).
• Experience installing AV hardware in conference rooms or commercial spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate low voltage cabling across offices and sites.
• Build and dress server racks, mount rails, patch panels, cable managers, and UPS units.
• Install and connect network equipment following documented standards.
