Chester's International, LLC. is seeking a Field Implementation Manager to own onboarding of new stores, schedule training, and oversee tradeshow logistics across multiple events. The role partners with the Director of Operations Services and offers a growth path to a people-manager role over five regional trainers.

You will manage timelines, coordinate with operators and TPMs, maintain trackers, and ensure documentation and access to resources before openings. Some travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in project management, operations, events/tradeshow logistics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and applying them to daily work.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and maintaining CRM data.
• Exceptionally organized with strong project management skills.
• Proven ability to build systems (trackers, checklists, schedules) to keep work on track.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end onboarding timeline for each new store from agreement through opening day.
• Lead onboarding calls with operators and resolve blockers directly.
• Maintain onboarding tracker and readiness reporting; flag risks with solutions.
• Ensure new stores have access to Franchise Resource Center and required documentation.
• Serve as primary escalation point for onboarding issues.
• Manage the master new store training schedule and coordinator trainer availability.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and changes to opening timelines.
• Support maintenance of training materials and videos.
• Own the tradeshow process; register, track deadlines and vendor requirements.
• Coordinate travel, logistics and booth materials; arrange warehousing support.
• Coordinate venue logistics and shipping for booth materials.
• Collaborate with show organizers on hotel room blocks and staff travel.
• Book shipping and freight for booth materials and equipment.
