Job summary

Chester’s International, LLC is seeking a Field Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for new stores in the Birmingham area. This role drives onboarding timelines, trainer scheduling, and tradeshow logistics from inception to opening, coordinating with field teams and operators.

Qualifications

• 2 years project management, operations, event/tradeshow logistics, or related field; franchise, retail, or restaurant industry experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and applying them to daily work.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including managing customer records, tracking activities and interactions, and maintaining CRM data.
• Exceptionally organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent, moving-part projects without details slipping.
• Proven ability to build and maintain systems (trackers, checklists, schedules) that keep complex work on track.
• Strong communication and coordination skills — comfortable owning relationships with operators, vendors, show organizers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to travel periodically for new store openings and tradeshows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding timeline for each new store, from signed agreement through opening day, coordinating with Territory Performance Managers and new operators.
• Run onboarding calls with operators, driving deliverables forward and resolving blockers directly where possible.
• Maintain and improve onboarding tracker and readiness reporting, flag risks and delays with recommended solutions.
• Ensure every new store has full access to Franchise Resource Center, tools, and systems with all required documentation completed before opening.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for onboarding issues raised by TPMs, warehouse, or operators.
• Manage the master new store training schedule, coordinating trainer availability, store readiness, and opening dates.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, gaps in coverage, or last-minute changes to opening timelines.
• Support maintenance of materials, job aids, and videos based on field feedback and evolving store needs.
• Own the tradeshow process; register for each show and manage deadlines and vendor/show requirements.
• Run tradeshow critical path calls to align on scheduling and travel.
