Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to service and maintain commercial systems on customer sites in a defined territory. You will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC units, using pipe fitting and electrical/mechanical know-how while following blueprints and specs.

The role requires a high school diploma, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license, with 5+ years in HVAC; relocation optional.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in HVAC.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months and clean driving record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader and customer to plan on-site installation and repairs.
• Serve as direct customer contact, diagnose and repair HVAC equipment at customer sites.
• Use blueprints/engineering specs and tools to diagnose and repair units.
• Overtime and weekend availability; occasional overnight stays.
• Maintain safety and asset accountability.
