Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside sales experience in HVAC or industrial rentals.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Clean driving record with valid license.
• Willingness to spend >90% time in the field.
• Strong HVAC and electrical systems knowledge; construction/engineering exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to target new markets.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to customer segments.
• Collaborate with teams to provide customized client solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and trends.
• Engage in ongoing product and industry training.
