Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification required or within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Use CMMS Corrigo to update work orders and track tasks.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assist with safety inspections and on-site emergencies.
