Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist II to support health, safety, and environmental programs on active construction sites across the United States.

You will collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, and regulators to foster a safe work environment and ensure compliance. This role emphasizes field-based safety program implementation, incident investigations, and training delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-year related degree and 2 years experience or 5 years relevant experience and CHST.
• Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies to maintain relationships.
• Support and promote the company safety program and incident prevention initiatives.
• Implement project-based safety programs aligned with goals.
• Participate in pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Coach and teach duties and processes to junior team members.
• Deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
• Contribute to job hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
• Support incident investigations and communications.
• Maintain knowledge of HSE standards and objectives.
• Model HSE goals to ensure safety and productivity.
• Assist in developing routine HSE project plans and specs.
• Provide input supporting audits, inspections, evaluations, and investigations.
• Maintain required HSE reports and documentation.
