Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an enthusiastic HSE/CIPS Coordinator in Greenville to apply Servant Leadership in guiding HSE programs and CIPS initiatives. You will lead safety activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the service center.

The role emphasizes lean tooling, process optimization, and data-driven dashboards while promoting standard work and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree in HSE preferred.
• Strong project management skills and process orientation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of HSE programs and CIPS within the service center.
• Utilize lean tools such as 6S, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping.
• Develop, update, and own continuous improvement processes, metrics and tools.
• Promote standard work and drive facility scorecard targets.
• Coordinate and maintain OSHA and EPA compliance programs.
