Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Field HR team supporting Region 5. You will partner with the Regional HR Director and Regional Vice Presidents to handle employee relations, investigations, and compliance with employment laws.

You will help develop HR initiatives that engage and retain employees and report to the Regional Director, Human Resources. You will serve as a main contact for ER issues, guide managers on performance, deliver training, assist

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
5-8 years' experience in multi-site HR management or 3+ years as internal Store Manager.
Proficient in HRIS, Workday, Navex, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software tools.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Applicants must live within reasonable proximity to centralized store locations within Seattle.

Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues.
Guide managers on performance management.
Deliver training programs that enhance operational performance.
Assist with identifying staffing needs and recruiting top talent.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and company policies.
This role may require minimal weekend work and occasional holidays.
Support the promotion of a safe and healthy work environment.
Frequent travel to store locations in Region 5 markets, approximately 60% of the time.
