Job summary

CB Partners, LLC is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR contact for its contingent workforce across an assigned multi-state region.

You will provide hands-on employee relations support, coach managers through performance and conduct issues, and help resolve people-risk situations before they escalate. You’ll collaborate with the corporate HR team on policy, benefits, and leave administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in staffing, hospitality, retail, or multi-site/multi-state settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR a plus.
• Strong employee relations, investigations, and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to travel within the region approximately 25% of the time (expenses covered).

We are partnered with a national staffing and outsourced services company supporting the hospitality industry is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR contact for its contingent workforce across an assigned multi-state region.

In this role, you'll be the go-to HR partner for regional field leaders and their teams providing hands‑on employee relations support, coaching managers through performance and conduct issues, and helping resolve people‑risk situations before they accelerate. You'll manage employee relations matters end-to-end, including investigations and corrective action, while building trusted relationships with leadership across client sites. You'll also collaborate with the corporate HR team on policy, benefits, and leave administration, and support workers' compensation case coordination.

This is a fast-paced, field-facing role best suited to someone who is self‑managed, responsive, and comfortable being a stabilizing presence in high‑urgency environments.
