Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an HR Manager to build and lead HR operations in Dallas, TX, with travel to Turkey, TX about 50% during the startup. You’ll shape processes, policies, and infrastructure while partnering with project and field leadership.

The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance, delivering a strong, productive workforce experience across our sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Construction/industrial experience preferred.
• Experience supporting field/hourly employees.
• Strong employee relations and HR operations background.
• Willingness to travel 50% to Turkey, TX initially.

HR Manager | Dallas, TX | $90K–$120K+ + Bonus

We’re looking for an HR Manager who can build, lead, and make things happen.

This role is based in Dallas, TX, but will travel approximately 50% to Turkey, TX during the initial phase while we establish the local HR team and infrastructure.

Once the Turkey HR team is fully built, the role will transition primarily to Dallas while continuing to provide HR leadership and support to the operation.
