Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Field Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives across a defined territory, focusing on Talent Development, Onboarding, Retention, and Compliance. This role reports to the Area HR Manager and collaborates with Operations to ensure consistent execution of enterprise-wide programs.

The position requires up to 50% overnight travel to support up to 650 associates across 25 locations, with a base in Duluth, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and professional HR certification preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in Staffing, Human Resources, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead local associate experience, onboarding, engagement surveys, and recognition events.
• Support recruitment activities; advise on local diverse recruiting sources and staffing levels.
• Partner with Area HR Manager on start-up activities for new business and onboarding.
