Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Field Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives, onboarding, retention, leadership development, workforce planning, and associate relations across 28 locations in the territory. The role travels up to 50% and bases in Houston or Irving, TX, with regular onsite support for 550 associates.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment law.
• Ability to travel up to 50% overnight.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead local associate experience, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Support workforce planning and staffing across 28 locations.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, Equal Opportunity, and Penske policies.
• Partner with Area HR Manager on compensation and start-up activities.
• Provide HR analytics to operations leaders.
