Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Staffing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Professional certification in SHRM or HRCI is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment law.
• Ability to travel 50% overnight travel required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead local associate experience and retention efforts through onboarding, engagement surveys and recognition events.
• Identify and design solutions to address local retention challenges.
• Support D&I efforts and encourage managers to foster an inclusive work environment.
• Supports recruiting team in resolving requisition accuracy, approval chains, and manager responsiveness.
• Advise on local diverse recruiting sources and staffing level planning based on growth trends.
• Collaborate on leadership recruiting needs and participate in selecting critical roles.
• Partner with Area HR Manager on startup activities for new business and onboarding.
• Provide HR analytics and metrics to leaders (turnover, LOA, exit data).
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, Equal Pay Act, Penske policies; resolve payroll issues promptly.
