Job summary

DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking an HR Generalist & Talent Partner to serve as the HR and recruiting partner for a defined market. You will deliver hands-on HR guidance, employee relations support, and end-to-end recruiting while aligning with Corporate HR and Talent Acquisition functions.

The role requires leadership support for workforce planning, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and policy implementation across multiple locations, with field travel in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3–5 years of HR and/or recruiting experience in a multi-site environment.
• Experience recruiting hourly and professional roles.
• Working knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the market’s primary HR and recruiting partner across multiple locations.
• Provide hands-on HR guidance, employee relations support, and end-to-end recruiting.
• Act as local extension of Corporate HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure consistent delivery of HR programs and policies.
