Job summary

ADG | Artisan Design Group, a Lowe’s company, is seeking a Field HR Generalist to support multiple business units across the United States. The role aligns with Eastern and Central Time Zones, collaborating with leaders nationwide to deliver a superior employee experience.

You’ll handle onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance while partnering with HR leaders on enterprise initiatives; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist or partner experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes (Paylocity a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner across multiple business units.
• Lead onboarding, employee relations, and payroll support.
• Coordinate Leave of Absence administration and HR compliance.
• Support recruiting, job descriptions, and offers.
• Drive process improvements and ensure confidentiality.
