Medicap Home Medical is seeking a Territory Manager to lead outside medical sales across the Des Moines metro area through Iowa City and Waterloo. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships with hospitals, physicians, therapists, and referral sources, with a focus on educating on insurance requirements and driving growth.

You will work with the Sales Manager to craft territory plans, promote products, and ensure referrals are processed efficiently.

Competenze

• 2+ years of sales experience; hospital/physician contacts a plus.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

• Perform daily sales calls along a preplanned route to establish and maintain referrals in the healthcare community.
• Develop territory business plans with the Sales Manager to grow new business.
• Promote Medicap products and services to the community.
• Educate referral sources on insurance documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with customer service and billing to process referrals and drive growth.
• Generate new referrals and meet sales quotes for the territory; share weekly plans with the Sales Manager.
• Document daily sales calls in Salesforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
