Crown Medical, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Medical Sales Territory Representative to drive branded product sales across assigned healthcare providers in the Des Moines area.

You will build relationships with hospitals, urgent care, nursing homes and clinics to grow market share and meet defined territory goals. We offer strong incentive potential tied to your ability to develop business, with ongoing training and support from product management to help you accelerate ramp-up in 2026 and

Competenze

• Must be authorized to be employed in the United States.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• At least some success with abilities in business-to-business sales.
• Strong organization skills and excellent oral presentation and communication skills also required.
• Ability to effectively manage a physician-based customer base.
• Skills to communicate clinically based evidence to healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to maintain medical knowledge and data that is constantly changing.

• Continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge by completing required training and reviewing information provided by the product management team.
• Call on territory healthcare providers and inform about features and benefits of our products and their uses, dosages, value add programs for HCPs and patients.
• Develop a partnership selling style using all available promotional literature and selling tools during sales calls.
• Educate and maintain strong relationships with assigned territory healthcare providers and staff to progress company business.
