The Associate Sales Representative will grow UMS's presence in the urology market by identifying opportunities, building provider relationships, and supporting the sales process from prospecting through close, with 60-80% travel across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of professional sales experience.
• Documented sales success.
• Ability to travel 60-80% within territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate key account relationships through visits, product demos, education, and in-services.
• Update leads and activity in Salesforce daily.
• Collaborate with DBD/RVP to meet lead generation to close goals.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy with leadership.
• Qualify opportunities and present UMS information to leadership.
• Provide timely updates on prospecting successes and challenges.
• Maintain records of travel and meal expenses.
