Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to develop and implement comprehensive H&S programs for operating and maintenance teams across multiple sites in the U.S. This field role requires extensive travel and close collaboration with site staff and leadership.

You will lead safety investigations, track trends, provide training, and help shape a best-in-class safety culture across ENGIE Energy Solutions North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety-related field with leadership/communication skills
• OSHA and safety certifications preferred
• 7+ years in safety management, 3+ years in power/energy environments

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor H&S programs for the O&M team
• Lead safety investigations and root cause analyses
• Provide training, guidance, and safety metrics to leadership
• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to maintain ES NorAm safety standards
