GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager to lead HIT initiatives across Market Access, collaborating with health systems and internal teams to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and governance.

The role focuses on health-system engagement, EHR optimization, data insights, and ensuring compliant implementation of digital health solutions across multiple therapeutic areas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced informatics degree preferred.
• Experience in health informatics/EHR roles in hospital or practice settings.
• Experience with multiple EHR platforms and CDS, patient identification, and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to improve delivery.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital resources for evaluation.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure governance decisions align with policies and compliance requirements.
