Job summary

GSK Health Informatics Manager in Market Access leads strategic HIT initiatives to improve care delivery across priority therapeutic areas. You will partner with health systems and GSK teams to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows, EHR environments, and patient-identification tools.

You will educate customers, translate data insights into practical opportunities, and ensure governance, privacy, and compliance requirements are met, while supporting field input on scalable resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years healthcare/pharma industry experience.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR roles (hospital/physician practice).
• Experience with major EHR platforms and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal teams.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access, coordinating customer support and field input on tools.
