Job summary

We Insure is hiring three Field Growth Managers in Texas (Austin, San Antonio, Dallas) for a full-time, field-based role focused on building a grassroots referral network. You will develop local partnerships, pursue licensure in property and casualty, and grow a partner-driven book of business.

Initial licensing and training is provided; once licensed, you will balance market-building with personal production. A company van will support field activities and travel.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of field sales, business development or partnerships experience.
• Experience in hospitality, recruiting, mortgage, real estate, automotive, events, community work or content is a plus.
• Active Property & Casualty license or plan to obtain license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive referral relationships with mortgage professionals, real estate agents, title partners and local businesses.
• Plan and execute weekly field routes, office visits, events and partner meetings.
• Create simple referral pathways and obtain consumer permission before sending information to the licensed team.
• Follow up with meaningful contacts within one business day and convert meetings into repeat relationships.
• Represent We Insure in the community and identify scalable partnerships.
