Job summary

We Insure Group is hiring three Field Growth Managers in Texas markets (Austin, San Antonio, Dallas). This full-time, field-based role builds a grassroots referral network, becomes a Market Builder and Community Host, and evolves toward hybrid market builder and producer after licensure.

Initial focus is market development, with licensing completed in 90 days. Location: Austin, TX; San Antonio, TX; Dallas, TX. Company vehicle provided for business travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years in field sales or business development.
• Active property and casualty license at hire or pre-licensing completed.
• Experience building referral networks and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive referral relationships with partners in the market.
• Plan weekly field routes, meetings, events, and local activations.
• Complete licensing path within 90 days and transition to hybrid market builder and producer.
• Write referrals with partner base and manage CRM records weekly.
