Job summary

StaffMyAgency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent/Producer to join our team in Texas. We offer both part-time and full-time roles for high-achievers with a strong drive to close sales.

Responsibilities include developing market relationships, cross-selling to existing customers, generating new business, and delivering excellent service while meeting company standards. Prior licensing in Life, Health, and Property/Casualty is required or obtained within the onboarding period.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Life, Health and Property & Casualty or must obtain prior to employment (employer reimbursement).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• One year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate in-market relationships.
• Cross-selling existing customers with other company products.
• Generate new business, leads and referrals.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Foster business development and agency growth within the community.
