QXO is seeking a Marketing Manager, Customer Growth & Field Engagement to strengthen relationships with Spanish-speaking contractors, business owners, crews, and community partners across priority markets.

The role serves as an external ambassador for QXO and an internal champion for customer growth, partnering across Sales, Branch Operations, Marketing, Digital, Communications, HR, and regional leadership while traveling roughly 50% to field sites and events.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 7+ years in field marketing, sales enablement, or related areas.
• Experience engaging Spanish-speaking customers, contractors, and community organizations.

Responsabilités

• Build and represent QXO in priority markets through field activities and events.
• Develop scalable field engagement playbooks and tools for branches and sales teams.
• Lead customer events, trainings, and community activations in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Coordinate field programs with Marketing, Digital, Communications, and vendor partners.
• Track and report on key growth metrics and program impact to leadership.
